Junior UI Designer (3+ years of experience)
Key Responsibilities
Design UI for web and mobile services in the energy industry
Create various visual contents and editorial design materials
Build and improve design system components
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders through design QA and iterative feedback
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in web/mobile service UI design
Experience with data visualization and information-heavy interfaces
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with PMs and engineers
Ability to understand product documentation such as requirements, policies, and information architecture (IA)
Capable of simplifying complex information into intuitive and consistent UI/UX
Preferred Qualifications
Actively using AI tools to improve and innovate design workflows
Experience designing dashboards and back-office/admin systems
Understanding of the renewable energy or energy industry
Experience building or maintaining design systems
Experience supporting live services including operation, maintenance, and QA
Familiarity with custom client-based project environments
Experience with B2B or B2G services
