PM(Service Planner)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define problems and establish product planning directions for PC/Web/Mobile IT services based on the renewable energy and power domain

  • Structure user and business requirements to create service policies, functional definitions, and planning deliverables (e.g., PRDs, policy documents)

  • Design information architecture (IA) and user flows based on user scenarios and use cases

  • Identify product improvement initiatives and set priorities based on VOC, usage data, and business objectives

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to clearly communicate planning intent and requirements, and coordinate key matters throughout the implementation process

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in planning Web/App-based digital services

  • Strong ability to structurally analyze problem situations and clearly define requirements and features

  • Proven experience in planning based on user scenarios and use cases

  • Experience leading the full planning process from problem definition to solution development with a solid understanding of business goals and service metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience planning IT solutions in the energy industry (e.g., energy, B2B SaaS, platforms)

  • Experience improving services based on data and metrics (e.g., user logs, performance indicators)

  • Experience with document-driven collaboration using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma

  • Understanding of or strong interest in learning about renewable energy, power systems, and climate/environment-related domains

  • Experience improving work processes by leveraging AI tools from a product planning perspective
