Service Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for renewable energy–related web and mobile services

• Establish service policies and create detailed specifications based on wireframes

• Identify and prioritize product improvement opportunities based on business needs and customer feedback (VOC)

• Develop processes and manage issues to ensure smooth project execution

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in web and/or mobile product planning

• Strong ability to identify and define problems, and propose effective solutions across various situations

• User-centered and scenario-based thinking in product design and planning

• Proven ability to drive projects proactively, aligned with business goals and directions

• Genuine interest in renewable energy, climate issues, or related domain knowledge•

• Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, etc.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
