Sales (Business Development)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to commercialize 60Hertz’s energy solutions

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales decks, proposals, and presentations for B2B/B2G clients

• Analyze customer and user requirements, and translate insights into actionable business opportunities

• Research renewable energy industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and organizations

• Oversee business operations including contracts, billing, settlements, and related administrative processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles

• Strong skills in logical thinking, structured documentation, and clear communication

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams

• Capable of defining problems and solutions with a user-centric, hypothesis-driven approach

• Experience in streamlining and optimizing business processes for efficiency

• High learning agility and strong interest in new technologies, tools, and market trends

• Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to take on challenges in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in climate tech (energy, environment, sustainability)

• Hands-on experience building and scaling new business initiatives from the ground up

• A problem-solver with resilience and strong commercial acumen

• Experience in web/app-based service businesses

• Previous startup experience
