Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of energy and power industry–related products and IT services
Manage project schedules and facilitate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders (including clients)
Establish project processes and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Analyze and document project requirements
Define service policies, features, and workflows, and manage project deliverables
Research and analyze trends and references within the energy industry

Project deliverables personally created and managed in a professional setting
PM-related management documents such as planning documents, functional specifications, and schedule/risk management materials

5+ years of experience as a PM for IT service or product implementation
Experience in proposal writing and delivering proposal presentations
Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with project deliverables (including documentation for audits or inspections)
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including design, development, CX, and partner teams, with a flexible and open mindset
Proficiency in service planning and design using tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence
Strong logical thinking and structured documentation skills
