Product Owner
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an Energy IT Service Product Owner (PO) with experience in managing public-sector projects. Right now, we need a Product Owner who can identify and solve real product problems.
We especially welcome candidates with hands-on experience leading public-sector IT projects—someone who can truly build IT services at the intersection of customer needs and technology.
You will own the entire product lifecycle—from service planning and policy design to development collaboration, external communication, and operations—defining and solving problems independently as an expert.
1. End-to-End Leadership for IT Product Problem Definition and Resolution
Communicate with client organizations and external stakeholders
Improve products based on user requirements and energy industry trends
Plan and define policies for the company's energy platform services (PC/Mobile)
Design key performance indicators (KPIs) and define business models
Create detailed design documentation (e.g., functional specifications, storyboards)
Establish development schedules and collaborate with development teams (design, front-end/back-end coordination)
2. Public-Sector IT Project Management and Operations
Prepare and manage initiation and final reports
Manage deliverable quality, respond to audits/inspections, and coordinate client meetings and timelines
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) or IT Service Project Manager (PM)
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing and operating public-sector IT projects
• Proven experience leading the entire lifecycle—from service planning to development and operations
• Strong ability to create detailed documentation such as proposals, policies, and storyboards
• Excellent collaboration and schedule management skills across teams (design, development, QA, etc.)
• Outstanding problem-solving mindset and strong execution capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in public-sector IT projects
• Proven ability to prepare key deliverables such as initiation reports, implementation plans, interim/final reports, and audit/compliance documentation
• Practical experience in public project operations, including audit responses, deliverable quality management, and client schedule coordination
• Domain knowledge of or strong interest in the energy/environment industry
• Experience participating in projects related to renewable energy, energy IoT, or energy big data
• Experience as a Project Manager handling client communication and external coordination
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, DAP, ADP, ITIL, etc.
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle—from planning to operations—in a startup or similar environment
• Passionate about not just planning, but actually building products
• Proactive in defining problems and fully accountable for seeing them through to resolution
• Quick learner with flexible thinking, who values teamwork and delivering results
• Curious and consistently engaged with new technologies and market trends
