Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Design domestic and international renewable energy trading services and research projects (web-based)

- Establish and improve product UX/UI strategies by deeply understanding both business objectives and user needs

- Proactively lead and manage design projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders

- Utilize and enhance the design system to ensure consistency and improve design efficiency

- 5+ years of practical experience in product design (required)

- Can propose optimal design solutions by balancing business goals and user experience

- End-to-end design experience, from concept to implementation into live services

- Solve problems based on qualitative and quantitative evidence and logical reasoning

- Self-motivated and continuously seek to learn across various fields

- Align with our mission of "solving societal problems" through technology and design

- Strong interest in the latest design trends and a proven ability to learn quickly

- Basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate smoothly with developers

- Experience working in the energy sector or at startups
