Product Owner
Key Responsibilities
- Design roadmaps and key performance indicators (KPIs) for domestic and international renewable energy trading services or research projects.
- Define service policies, features, and processes based on business strategies.
- Analyze and organize user requirements.
- Manage project schedules and facilitate internal and external (client-facing) communication.
- Research and analyze energy industry trends and benchmarks.
- Monitor services and respond to incidents.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of practical experience as a Product Owner (PO) or Project Manager (PM) (required).
- Can plan and design services by considering both business goals and user problem-solving.
- Capable of hypothesis-driven problem definition and solution development.
- Can document ideas and processes logically and systematically.
- Have experience developing products from scratch and successfully launching them as real-world services.
- Solve problems based on qualitative and quantitative evidence and logical reasoning.
- Collaborate flexibly and effectively with diverse stakeholders (design, development, customer experience, partnerships/alliances).
- Self-motivated and continuously pursue learning across different domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in the climate tech sector (energy, environment, etc.)
- Passion for solving societal challenges
- Experience in founding a startup or working as an early member of a startup team
