B2B/B2G Business Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for RFPs and proposals targeting public institutions and enterprises

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal development/planning teams and external partners

• Draft compelling proposal documents and structure presentation materials

• Manage post-contract project setup, ensuring smooth handoff to execution teams

[Target Entities]

• Public institutions such as KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation), KPX (Korea Power Exchange), Korea Energy Agency, and local governments

• Large corporations involved in renewable energy initiatives and power brokerage business

• 5+ years of experience managing public-sector proposals and bidding projects

• Proven track record in technology-driven business planning, proposal PM, and bid-based project execution

• Strong ability to manage schedules and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including institutions, partners, and internal teams

• Skilled at defining project goals and translating them into clear, actionable documentation

• Experience with public procurement platforms (e.g., PPS Korea/Nara Jangteo) and government proposal writing

• Understanding of power, energy, smart city, or ICT-related technologies

• Experience in leading or contributing to consortium or SPC-based (Special Purpose Company) private-led proposals

• Experience with investment projects and national R&D program proposals
