General Affairs
Key Responsibilities
• Office Management:
Oversee office operations and workplace environment to support the organization’s growth and ensure a comfortable, efficient workspace.
• Asset Management:
Manage the lifecycle of company assets—both tangible and intangible—including procurement, inventory tracking, and allocation in line with employee onboarding/offboarding and organizational changes.
• Executive Support:
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s internal and external schedules, ensuring timely communication and alignment across stakeholders.
• Expense Management:
Support the processing, reconciliation, and approval of general administrative expenses.
• Administrative Support:
Handle general employee requests, incoming calls to the company line, and support company events and other operational initiatives essential to organizational efficiency and culture.
Qualifications
• Approximately 3 years of hands-on experience in general affairs or office administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Proactive problem-solver with empathy and understanding toward key stakeholders.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in office relocation or facilities management.
• Strong interest in workflow automation and operational efficiency improvement.
• Desire to grow and expand capabilities within the general affairs domain through diverse experiences.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian products.
