Finance & Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Manage management accounting and key business performance indicators (KPIs)
• Oversee accounting and financial closing processes (including subsidiaries)
• Communicate and report to investors and external stakeholders
• Manage contracts, funding, and cash flow operations
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial and operational processes
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance, or prior experience as a Finance Lead/CFO in a startup environment
• Hands-on experience in financial closing, taxation, management accounting, and treasury management
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (K-GAAP and K-IFRS)
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver reports for investors or external organizations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage data-driven insights and performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing contract and legal compliance processes
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Licensed Tax Accountant qualification
