Demand Response (DR) Program Sales and Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Establish sales policies for the Demand Response (DR) business

- Identify potential customers, provide consulting, and secure contracts

- Liaise with the Korea Power Exchange (KPX) and other relevant institutions

- Identify and manage business partners for collaboration and partnerships

- Support the monitoring, bidding, and settlement processes for Demand Response (DR) services

Qualifications

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Energy, or Computer Science (or a related field)

- Experience participating in energy or climate tech projects

- 4+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or project management (PM)

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong interest in the climate tech sector (energy, environment, etc.)

- Experience in Demand Response (DR) or electricity brokerage businesses

- Possession of relevant electrical certifications, such as Licensed Electrician or Certified Energy Manager

- Experience in launching new businesses or founding startups
