Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with the CEO of a fast-growing Series A startup, supporting a wide range of strategic and operational responsibilities that are critical to the company’s growth.

  • Organizational Management: Support the development and management of company-wide mid- to long-term strategies and KPIs

  • Strategic Planning: Conduct market and customer analysis to help shape business strategies across domestic and global energy markets

  • Business Development: Assist in formulating strategies for global expansion and new businesses (e.g., mobility, ODA) and contribute to proposal writing

  • Fundraising & Corporate Finance: Provide support in fundraising, M&A, and IPO-related initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in IT services, energy, or environmental industries

  • Strong research and presentation (PowerPoint) skills

  • Ability to work proactively and independently

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with logical thinking and effective communication

  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in consulting, accounting firms, securities companies, investment banks, or startups

  • Proficiency in business English

  • Experience in the energy industry and/or ESG-related fields
