Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process RE100 project operations and settlements for Goodnews Energy (including invoicing)

- Review and supplement data and documents required for settlements

- Define and improve processes related to settlement structures and associated operations

- Handle communication via phone and email

- Support various business operations as needed

- Have no specific requirements regarding major or prior work experience (open to new graduates).

- Can perform tasks meticulously and accurately.

- Take a proactive approach to setting goals and executing tasks, rather than working passively.

- Have the ability to identify problems arising during operations (including settlements) and resolve them through logical thinking.

- Can communicate actively and effectively with internal teams and external partners.

- Experience supporting business operations, settlements, or administrative tasks within corporate support teams

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
