Key Responsibilities
Lead UI design and UX planning for web and mobile services in the energy industry
Create visual contents and editorial design materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through design QA and iterative processes
Own and scale the company’s design system
Manage design tasks, timelines, and project priorities
Research and establish next-generation design workflows utilizing AI tools
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in web/mobile service design
Strong experience with dashboards and back-office/admin platforms
Extensive experience in data visualization
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Experience leading or mentoring design teams
Hands-on experience building or operating design systems
Preferred Qualifications
Proactively leveraging AI tools to transform design processes
Knowledge of the renewable energy sector
Experience with multilingual or globally standardized services
Experience with B2B or B2G products and platforms
